9300 Stack on 16.6.4.a shows "RELEASE SOFTWARE"

On a 4 stack 9300 the SW Version displays RELEASE SOFTWARE instead of the actual SW version of 16.6.4.a.

 Show switch command output appears normal. 

Show inventory the switch doesn't up.  

Clients are on the switch and working fine.  Any ideas?

 I can't see any conflict in this output.

So switch 4 is not showing up in the show inventory command.  It accurately shows switches 1-3.

In the output Switch 4 is showing Release Software instead of showing the code version (16.6.4a).

 - Probably a bug ; you can issue the command session 4 in order to logon to that stack member and check the software version.
