I wanted to know if there is a way to control IPhones or similar type devices on either the Catalyst 6500, 3560 or 2960. I see alot of these type devices being assigned IP addresses and my network and want to eliminate their ability to connect.

And how do those iPhone connect to your network?

The devices are getting IP addresses from my DHCP server. I have a seperate VLAN/subnet for the wireless segment but some of these are getting addresses from my other subnets.

Maybe you have configured one of your access points into the wrong VLAN.
Or someone connected an access point to your network.
Either way, using ACLs won't help here. Fix the problem and don't try to suppress it with inadequate means.
You could use the MAC address table on the Catalyst to find out through which port those devices connect. Continue from there to the point of access of those wireless devices.
