I don't how to make PC0 Ping PC1 but deny PC1 Pinging PC0 using standard ACL. Any help would be appreciated. The Screenshot is attached below.

Hi,

add ACL to kitchener router GiG 0/0 - in. block icmp traffic from PC1 to PC0. use extended ACL. standard ACL will block all traffic not only ICMP.

was able to resolve this with extended ACL but the question is can we achieve that task using standard ACL? If yes, how?

This cannot do with Standard ACL. only you can do is block/permit source network.
