ACS 1112 Problem

Hi Guys,

I have re-imaged my ACS and I cant set and IP to it in the initial configuration, after setting up administrator account here is the error encountered "Error: Failed to get NIC configuration: (null) (FFFFFFFF)". I am using ACS-1112.

Appreciate your help. Thanks in advance.

This question is better suited under Security.

The ACSSE should come w/ two NIC's.

Try the other one.

I had a very similar problem w/ one of our 1113's.

Even though the documentation says you should use NIC1, TAC said NIC2 works as well.

So after I moved the cable to the other NIC it magically started working again.

Thanks Huangedmc, I already did that, try to used the NIC2 but still does'nt work.
