Adapter used for 3845 used as a console server

hello, I'm using a 3845 as a console server, and the octal cable finishes in db25 dte connector (male). I'd need to connect to the serial port of another router. Witch adaptor (db25 female to RJ45 female) should i use, in order to use a straight cable?

You have the wrong cable.  You need this:
