Add network to EIGRP process

I have a production core switch which has a network absent from the routing process.  I expect no impact from adding the subnet but am looking for confirmation.  In my mind, the only impact would be increased memory & cpu usage and that the services offered by the core switch would be visible to an additional network.

If you mean just configure another network statement under EIGRP then this all this does is start EIGRP on any interfaces covered by that network statement.

So it should simply mean an additional route or routes being advertised.

The impact on the switch resources should be minimal.

Thanks for commenting. 

Yes, i'm just adding the network 192.168.x.x command.  Just want to cover bases since it's a prod device.
