Adding a VLAN to multiple router interfaces

So I'm installing a 4331 and some 2960 switches in a new office building with home run fiber installations from each switch to the router.  What I need to know is if I can configure the router to recognize the dot1q tag from multiple sub-interfaces sitting on different physical interfaces.  I'll include a picture of what I'm talking about.

Cisco routers generally complain if you try to assign IPs, from the same subnet, to multiple interfaces.
