After a password change can't login to Cisco CBS250-24pp-4G

Hi there, I have three Cisco CBS250-24pp-4G switches I just changed their Admin password and after that I can't login anymore, I have double check which password I wrote but I lost control on all of them. Is there an issue with the firmware? Do you have any suggestions?

not that we aware any changes, but some changes coming later version, not sure use request password.

you have only option to reset and start over  again.

Hello, I read the release notes for firmware Version, 3.1.1.7, on known issues there is the Bug ID CSCvz62516 which says: "CBD probe and mobile app fail to connect device with updated password after modify user password via device web gui. If modify user password via CLI or CBD probe, there is no problem." I can't find any new release where Cisco solve this issue.
