Aironet AIR-br1310g Wireless Bridge

When I arrived onsite the power to the injector was unplugged and when I plugged it in there was still no connectivity. The ethernet port seem to be down and all LEDs are flashing.

I have power-cycled all networking equipment on both sides of the bridge, and reseated the coax, all to no effect.

I have tried looking through all the documentation Cisco has online regarding these systems but haven't found an answer regarding the error lights on the power injector. The power LED is flashing alternating red/green and the ethernet LEDs are blinking. If anyone wants to fill me in with what the injector is trying to tell me in I'd be very thankful.
