Anyone have a strong opinion on the best book for teaching QoS?

I'm in the market for a good book that will teach me the fundamentals of QoS.  The network I work with is 99% Cisco but it doesn't have to be Cisco-centric unless there's an argument to be made that it's an important consideration.
