Hello,
We have a ASA 5505 configured to manage our network edge including all NAT translations to internal servers and other internal devices. All is fine except we are unable to access our Wordpress web server.
We have the public ip and http set correctly, access to the site is fine from any other external IP address other than our public addresses.
Thank you in advance.
Mike

Well, I think @mhancock59 would have solved this issue, as it has been a long time since he asked this question but for Toby, I would like to tell that it usually happens due to Internal server error. When you access your WordPress website, it shows “HTTP 500 Internal Server Error”. Let me tell you first that it’s just a common problem with WordPress, which often put WordPress beginners in panic mode. However, there is no need to be worried, just look at http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-the-internal-server-error-in-wordpress/ to know about rectifying this error.
I hope that my answer was helpful. Do acknowledge if there is any further query.
