install add  file usb0:asr1001x-universalk9.16.06.05.SPA.bin   but I get the following error.

FAILED: install_add /vol/usb0/asr1001x-universalk9.16.06.05.SPA.bin: /vol/usb0/asr1001x-universalk9.16.06.05.SPA.bin's version Invalid does not match with 16.5.1.0.1432

any guidance is greatly appreciated!!
