Hope someone can assist. Setup and interface on spa-10x1ge-v2 interface using a mm sfp. Connecting to 6500 using same type mm sfp. Getting a down down on interface. Setup the 10gig ports on the same equipment and it works fine. Used the same fiber pair for the 1gig interfaces as I did on the 10gig interfaces. Also tried no negotiate auto command. Still get a down down status on 1gig interfaces. Ideas? Oh, used the same config on the interface too.
Forgot to mention In the original post that I tried that already. It's going through patch panels, but as I said, I'm using the same fiber in a 10gig link. Also tried swapping sfp on both ends as well as trying different ports.
