AutoQoS Error 3750G

I have been doing some auditing of our switches looking for improper configurations and noticed that a port with a voice vlan for a cisco ip phone did not have the auto qos config. When I attempted to apply the config I got the following error:

 

policy map AutoQoS-Police-CiscoPhone not configured
AutoQoS Error: ciscophone input service policy was not properly applied
Warning: if upgrading from a previous release, and there is already auto qos voip cisco-phone configured on other interfaces, you may need to first delete those auto qos configurations and re-apply them on those interfaces.

AutoQoS Error while generating commands on Gi3/0/13

To answer the warning, I'm fairly certain the switch has been upgraded since the initial configuration of auto qos. Is my only solution here to delete the auto qos config on every interface and re-apply it? Do I need to do anything on the global config?
