Bandwidth utilization

We are behind a 3825 isr and i'm noticing that at times some downloads will greatly disrupt our 25/25 bandwidth, while at other times downloads will not.  One windows 10 workstation downloading during the day disrupted bandwidth during the day greatly(20+mb).  While pulling a 700mb office download spiked for a short time and then went down to below 5mb.  I doubt the workstation was pulling that many updates(since it has been installed for quite a while).  Could this be due to higher interrupts at the interface causing latency?

I suggest you to monitor the network traffic flows using net flow,This way you can get an understanding of the link utilisation.Are you saying your downloads distrupts as in you have to resume the download again?or is it just slow down?
