No need just config ibgp or bgp and the route will automatic learn from other peer.

Hello

bgp redistribute-internal <-- is used when in ibgp peer needs to redistribute ibgp prefixes into a an IGP network like ospf/eigrp/rip

As @MHM Cisco World stated you shouldn't require this command in with your scenario even if it was available
