Boot statement on Catalyst WS-C3650-48PS-E

This is the message when I tried to install the switch the first time in my network. Any help to solve it would be appreciated.

I met this issue. By default the Catalyst WS-C3650-48PS-E came with the IP Service feature set.

After update the lastest IOS, now the license is LAN BASE. why this happens?

Is there way to copy cat3k_caa-recovery.bin file to sda9: partition?
