booting can not be recovered from SDA=LOW

Hi, i have a cisco 3850 with the following error booting can not be recovered from SDA=LOW.

I can see the error on the console and i can't do anything.

Someone who can help me?

 - Difficult one , perhaps related to Software Defined Access setups ? Not sure - I would factory reset and restore the configuration from backup.

I try factory reset but with the same result

Sounds like the Golden Capsule is corrupt. 

Console into the switch and reboot.  Post the entire boot-up proces.

Contact Cisco TAC and arrange for an RMA.

Even it doesn't show any light on de front when reset or reboot
