C2960C-12PC-L / 2960CG-8TC-L Port Names

Can anyone enlighten me on the port names used for the C2960C-12PC-L.

It's got 12 x 10/100 ports and 2 x 1Gb Copper/SFP uplinks

Is it eth1/1 to eth1/14 for the lot

or

eth1/1 to eth1/12 for the 10/100

and

eth2/1 to eth2/2 for the 1Gb Copper/SFP

Are the Copper/SFP ports differentiated in the config?

Similarly for the 2960CG-8TC-L

Would like to use the correct references in some documentation.

Hello Robert,

IOS based LAN switches have different names depending on port technology

in your case I would expect:

fas0/1 - fas0/12   + gi0/1 and gi0/2
