c2960x - Web interface load blank page

Hello,

I read some of the similar threads here, but non of them solved my issue.

When trying to access the web interface it will just show up the blank(white) page.

We have 6x 2960X-24TS-LL, IOS version 15.2.7E2 with web and on all is the same.

We already upgraded the IOS version which include the web interface.

I've also tried Chrome, IE, Mozilla and same for all, also updated the java to newest version(not sure if its needed).

Web interface is allowed in config:
ip http server
ip http secure-server

I suspecting something on the server side, but not sure what.

Help is appreciated.

Thanks for reply.
Yes, Java is enabled and TAR file installed, as I said we installed the IOS with web support.
The guide which you mentioned is for SSL configuration, but for me it doesn't work either via http.
I would like to first verify its working at least via http before I will start another configurations.

What is error message on the browser? 

Post the complete output to the command "dir" and "sh version".

There is no error message. I enter the IP of switch in browser, then logon dialog appears, I will insert the credentials and then there is loaded just empty page.

Hi,

I can see the directory for this version also hoping the HTML directory will also there. Otherwise, you will get a "not found" error message. 

1. Have you tried on any other client machine? Is your system Antivirus software blocking any java stuff?

2. Have you recently updated any IOS?

3. run the debug on the switch and share logs.

1. Yes, I tried from multiple machines

2. Yes, I've updated to the newest version. Before there was IOS without web interface support.

3. Which debugging do you mean? #debug all?

Only solution for me was to use different/older release of firmware, not really ideal.

I'll keep that in mind.

Will try and put html folder in the root folder instead of the IOS version folder.
probably  won't solve it, but want to try it, so I can't say to myself that I didn't try everything.
