I am trying to upgrade cisco IOS for c3560 switches and I do not have enough space to upgrade. I trying to removed like the html folders, so I used rmdir to remove a directory but if the directory has files it would not let me erase it.
Does any one know the command to remove the directory with files in it?

delete /force /recursive flash:dir_name
Use this and let us know if anything else is required on this.

switch: flash
switch: delete flash:c3560-ipservicesk9-mz.122-55.SE10.bin

I just tried issuing the command to delete directory...c3560-ipbase-mz.122-35.SE5 and it says "flash:c3560-ipbase-mz.122-35.SE5" not deleted --is a directory.
Does not work for me, I am in rommon mode and it does not let me delete the directory. Does, someone have and idea, please help?
