Switch is operating on IOS version 12.2(58)SE2.  I would NOT be surprised the switch crashed.

The most stable IOS for the 3750-series family of switches (including 3750X) is still 12.2(55)SE.  Try using 12.2(55)SE10.

Crash analysis is probably better done by TAC.  Do you have a support contract for this device?

No, I have also searched the keyword on Bing.com but got nothing useful, except a guy suggested to update the IOS version.

Laugh - I too often suggest moving to an IOS version that's known to be stable, but I figured if you didn't have a support contract - you would be unable to download a different IOS version - so I was waiting on your answer.

Anyway, the three common causues of crashes are some actual hardware issue - need support contract for hardware replacement.  IOS bug, need support contract for software replacement.  Or configuration issue that cannot deal with your traffic needs.  An example of the latter, on a 3750, might be usage of SDM template not suitable for your usage.  Unfortunately, again, crash analysis is really best done by TAC, as they have information not available to the public.

But it's strange that there are two stack switches, only one of them has this problem. As for the IOS download, I have my ways...I just need to confirm what exactly has caused this problem...But I can't ask TAC for help...

Wch,

Could you please give me the output of show version?

Not my call.  I have already said my "piece" above.

That's probably the best if you need 15.x features, but if you don't need those, nor need (58) features,  (55)SE7..10 versions are probably the most stable/solid of all.
