Hi all,
we were on IOS Version16.09.3a and did upgrade to 16.09.07.
2x WS-C3850 (no PoE)Switches in stack with 4x10G SFP Uplinks
All Ports are connected and STP FWD state, but blinking amber, beside that no performance issues ?
we checked as per port LED mode documentation and Switch election is fine
all Ports – exc SFP blink amber which is error state ?
Regards
Borislav

you mention 4x10G uplink but your output shows 8x Tex/x/x ports (Te->10G)
-> either the ports (Gi x/x/x?) are not detected correctly,
or the blinking amber tells you the port is nut running at 10G, but at lower speed , which is no problem, just informative LED status
-> post output from "show interface status" to confirm

Please confirm is this the correct version?
Looks for me some cosmetic bug, do you have old config before upgrade ? can you compare the config before and after upgrade ?
