Dear Readers,

i have a stack of four 3750X-48P which are connected via two C3KX-SM-10G Modules. I get a link over these modules and can even configure a Portchannel over both but when i do a "sho switch service-modules" i get this:

Switch#show switch service-modules
Switch/Stack supports service module CPU version: 03.00.76
                          Temperature                     CPU
Switch#  H/W Status       (CPU/FPGA)      CPU Link      Version
-----------------------------------------------------------------
 1       OK               75C/71C         ver-mismatch  03.00.41
 2       OK               77C/72C         notconnected  N/A

I tried "switch 2 frulink reload" as well as a "switch 2 frulink power [down|up]" without any change. If i try to update the firmware on the second module the "archive donwload-sw" command downloads the tar file, examines the image and displays the info but does nothing else:

Switch#archive download-sw /destination-system 2 tftp://a.b.c.d/c3kx-sm10g-tar.150-2.SE6.tar

If i try the same command line with switch 1 i get almost the same result but the output continues after the line with "FRU Module Version...". The switch seems to tray to update the Module but fails without any hint what went wrong:

Updating FRU Module on switch 1...
.....
Error 2: Unable to transfer image to FRU Module on switch 1
Error: Failed to update FRU Module image

Reloading the entire Switch does not help either. The IOS-Version running on the Switch is 15.0(2)SE6 ipbase.  Anyone an Idea why this is going to happen? By the way: Does anyone know why the firmware is downloaded twice?

Regards
