Greetings All,
Need a little advice from someone with a little knowledge on upgrading this 6504-E to a stable firmware version. The one its on now seems a little unstable and causes some havoc from time to time. Below are my specs and hardware currently installed. I see there is a sup-bootdisk and bootflash, so I can only assume I'll have to load that new firmware in both places. Any advice or even a "this is what I would do with this older switch" would be helpful :)
Thanks in advance,
Andrew

Based on the software download page the current recommendated IOS for this box is:-
12.2.33-SXJ9
Here is a good doc to read regarding bootflash and sup-bootdisk. The good news in on the new Sup-2T, you just have one boot disk that is located on MSFC5 and that is where you load the IOS,
