C6509-SUP720 installation issue

Hi,

I have replaced the new SUP720 card in chassis c6509 but it was going to rommon mode again and again after selecting the right image .

Kindly find the below error messages .

We have tried boot the supervisor with latest IOS s72033-adventerprisek9-mz.151-2.SY12.bin and supervisor going to rommon mode due to RP failed to boot.

 - Forced crash  can have several causes , such as corrupt image or hardware problem :

Hello Prathamesh,

you should read the release notes for the target release

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/switches/lan/catalyst6500/ios/15-1SY/release_notes.html

You may need to upgrade the ROMMON on your sup 720 before being able to load the new image.
