C6513 Supervisor 2 Backplane Utilization

The cisco C6513 core switch in the network here is giving the following readout:

#show catalyst6000 traffic-meter

traffic meter = 100% Last cleared at 09:26:41 CET Fri Nov 14 2008

peak = 100% reached at 10:00:31 CET Fri Nov 14 2008

#sh processes

CPU utilization for five seconds: 1%/0%; one minute: 1%; five minutes: 2%

Software version is: c6sup22-jo3sv-mz.121-27b.E4

The switch has redundant supervisor 2 with mfsc2.

Is it possible that the traffic meter really is at 100% or can this be a bug or something and how can i find out if it really is so?

Thanks

The value in this output represents the current backplane utilization based on the values 0 percent through 100 percent. Under normal operating conditions, this value is low. The Supervisor Engine is affected by a known, cosmetic issue, Cisco bug ID CSCdx54751

This issue is cosmetic and does not indicate a problem that affects service. The fix to this issue is to download the traffic meter update image that is located in the software center. In order to reprogram the electrically programmable logic device (EPLD) for the proper output, download the epld-sup2-trafficmeter-swupdate.hZ image and follow the instructions in the README.epld_update document.
