C9200L-24P-4G upgrade via cisco prime 3.7.0 with device pack 2

Hi, I try to upgrade C9200L-24P-4G  version16.12.4 in Cisco Prime infrastructure 3.7.

here is log from CISCO sw

I never tried it, Never myself got success before any upgrades using prime. (may be people had success stories)

have you checked compatable matrix has upgrade support from Pi 3.7

i would advise to do it on device as per the release notes

PI was never programmed to react when this kind of error message appears.  
I have seen this exact error message in router and switches that runs on IOS-XE.  Here is the fix: 

1. rename flash:packages.conf flash:packages.conf.00-
2. rename flash:cat9k_lite_iosxe.17.03.04b.SPA.conf flash:packages.conf
3. Make sure the boot variable string points to "packages.conf". 
4. Reboot the switch.

I saw that before, but i but I want to do it in a generic, "one-click way"

I don't want to overwrite files on every switch :-/... i have about 100switches

 - In Prime , check if there is a flag to allow or 'set' reload (reboot) for the intended upgrade , make sure this is allowed - then try again.

I have the PI 3.9.1 and i had the same problem

I try to upgrade but first time fail in the activation. The second time previously i executed the command "install remove inactive", next i tried to distribuited and activate using the PI and the upgrade was succesfully.

The SW was 9300-40

New Version: Bengaluru 17.6.3
