1.what is ios used in device--C9200L-48P-4G-E i.e. is it XE? AND what is meaning of -E here?
2.Currently I have SFP of 1000BaseSX SFP at WS-C2960S-24PS-L and I am going to remove this device and place C9200L-48P-4G-E so Can I insert above sfp into 9200 device?

Hi there,
the -E stands for 'Network Essentials'
It will run IOS-XE.
The model specified comes with four fixed 1G SFP ports, your module will work.

means I do not have to order network module--C9200-NM-4G for C9200L-48P-4G-E,just I have to order SFP right?

Correct, it is a fixed uplink model so you do not need the uplink module.
Your existing 1000BaseSX SFP will work in the uplink ports.
