I have tested it and yes, C9300-NM-8X does support 10Mb/s when used with GLC-TE

C9300-NM-8X and C9300-NM-4G are not switches. These are expansion ports.
Look at the Data Sheet and look for models which has "10M" in them.

The Cisco Catalyst 9300 series network modules you've mentioned are designed to support higher speeds than 10Mb. Specifically:
C9300-NM-4G: This network module supports up to 4 Gigabit Ethernet ports, which means it's capable of speeds up to 1,000 Mbps (1Gbps) per port. It does not support 10Mbps Ethernet connections.
C9300-NM-8X: This module provides 8 SFP/SFP+ ports, which are typically used for Gigabit and 10-Gigabit Ethernet connections. While it can support 10Gbps connections, it is not designed for 10Mbps Ethernet connections.
If you require 10Mbps support, you might need to look into older Cisco modules or devices designed for such lower-speed connections. These modules are intended for modern, high-speed network environments.
