Do below modules support 10Mb speed ?

C9300-NM-8X and C9300-NM-4G are not switches.  These are expansion ports. 

Look at the Data Sheet and look for models which has "10M" in them.

I have tested it and yes, C9300-NM-8X does support 10Mb/s when used with GLC-TE
