Hi Jhon,

Can you revert back to the previous version and let us know if you're still facing this issue.

hi
Its a software issue in the kernal under the IOS-XE , you'll need to rollback or forward to avoid it
you could run the show tech through the analyzer or post it here to run or open it with TAC if you want the exact bug id

Hi Jhon,

I am suspecting having the issue with the (kernel: FAT-fs (sda1) disk and its required RMA so don't waste the time and create RMA or open a TAC Case.

Do you have the device backed out to Cisco , something may have been damaged in the upgrade or else the bug could be in several versions
can you post the show tech or run it in the cli analzyer to see what it pulls back as an issue
It checks the hardware against known issues and bugs , you need to do that ir open a TAC case with Cisco get them to do it

Can you try upgrading to, say, 16.10.1?
If the issue is still ongoing after upgrading to 16.10.1 then raise a TAC Case. This could be a bug.
