Is C9300L-48UXG-4X stacking with C9300L-48P-4X-E?
Old model: C9300L-48P-4X-E + C9300L-STACK module (cable Stack-T3) quantity 04
New model: C9300L-48UXG-4X-E + C9300L-STACK-A (cable Stack-T3A) quantity 04Currently I want to connect Stacking old and new Switch but Stack cable is not compatible

Hello @daicp, welcome to the community!
As you said, these stacking modules & cables are not compatible. You can stack these switches if you get C9300L-STACK-KIT2 for both new and old switches.

Can C9300L-Stack-Kit1 be used for both?

Yes(they are available for both models in CCW), but note that these are end of sale in 2 months and end of life has been announced: https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/collateral/switches/catalyst-9300-series-switches/c9300l-stack-kit-eol.html
I am unable to find any documentation that says so specifically, but I think C9300L-STACK is part of C9300-STACK-KIT. So you might be able to just buy the KIT1 for the new switches and be up & running. If both these switches have already been acquired without the stacking modules I would advise to upgrade with C9300-STACK-KIT2
