Hello, I setup 2 new 9500-40X in SVL, the problem is that the switch sees no ARP table from the ports already connected. Can't reach anything then.
It was seeing 1 entry and could ping it, but after a reboot, trying to fix, can't reach it anymore.
Spanning tree shows FWD to the ports.

as I mentioned rebooted it to see if it helps but having same issue.
