Looking into following line cards for the C9600:
C9600-LC-48YL
C9600-LC-40YL4CD
both seem to support 50Gbps SFP56.
Does this mean that these line cards can take 10G SFP+ , 25G SFP28 and 50G SFP56 form factor? meaning those form factors are all compatible?

It appears that way. If you are planning on purchasing this module, I would double-check on this first to make sure that is actually the case.
Provides 48 50G, 25G, 10G, or 1G interfaces by default. These ports can be interchangeably used as 50G, 25G, 10G, and 1G ports.
When used in conjunction with C9600X-SUP-2, all the 48 ports support 50G, 25G, and 10G speeds. With C9600-SUP-1, all the 48 ports support 25G, 10G, or 1G speeds.
