hi,
callers are getting busy when they dial the 800 numbers (toll-free). callers are not hearing any cvp prompt, rather disconnects the call.
is this because of network bandwidth?

If this is affecting ALL USERS, then I'd be looking at your dialing-plan.

only some 3 callers faced this issue.
how can check in dial-plan. is this ucce issue or telephony? how can i use CDR to verify the calls. please describe CDR.

As Leo mentioned, its like a dialling plan issue. Use CDR to verify the calls are being routed.
