CAM Table Export

Is there a utility that can connect to my Cisco switches and pull the CAM table in a format that is useful (i.e. in a format I can get into Excel)? I need to cross-reference some phones with the switch port they are connected to.

Can't you log onto the switch and log the session wile showing the CAM table via CLI and cut and paste to excell and perfrom text- to columns?

Well, yes but my aim was to automate the process a little more than that.
