Yes you can.
They both will be serviced up to the configured rate in an overload situation and then the policer will drop excess traffic. Each priority queue will have its own policer.

Do you think that it seems like to establish 2 x Low latency queue in the interface,
when the traffic of video or voice comes in the router, it send these out of the interface by the queues first then other traffics?
