Hi,

Always  puzzled over the + & - thingy. 

Can I know the differences between x4648-rj45v+e and x4648-rj45v-e ?

Hi there,

The + symbol indicates that the linecard supports POE+, albeit only on 24 of the switchports at any one time. If you use 48 port POE it will go down to 15W (802.3af), the same as the '-' linecard.
