You should be able to use something like:

http://x.x.x.x:80

Then click on monitor the router and then here you can use show run for example.

The configuration is only limited to configurations of the ports, IOS upgrades, view trends, port statistics.

You need to do some funky stuffs, it's got to be CLI.
