I want to configure vrrp between meraki mx and cisco catalyst.
I've seen about warm spare on meraki but not sure it will work with catalyst switches.
Enlighten me please. Thank you.

Hello
The Meraki MX does support VRRP however not in the sense I believe in what you are querying, It does support warm spare using vrrp for the entire box.
To support vrrp for lan nodes the dual MXs will need to be interconnected via these lan switches (not directly connected) so they are meshed between each other in case of a single switch failure, This would negate any single failure towards the active MX so ALL its SVIs have resiliency, in case of a MX failure ALL svis will be availble via the warm spare (now active mx)

So, cannot configure vrrp between catalyst and meraki, correct?
Need to be Meraki MX for the vrrp pair?
Is there any other solution which I can set up HA between MX and catalyst?
VRRP is usually supported for multi-vendor, right? I'm not sure why I cannot set it up that way.
