I want to download the SDM software so I can set up a Cisco 871 router.
I have made a account and added the product to my cart.
When I tick de boxes and click on accept I get the following error:
CPR_SERVLET_ERROR, There was a problem while invoking the CPR servlet from K9 api.
What am i doing wrong?
By the way, I want to download this package:

I don't think you're doing anything wrong. Have you tried again since, in case there were some temporary issues on our side? Let me know if it's still happening.

It's still happening, I'm getting the same error downloading the SRP520 firmware update.

I got the same error this morning when trying to download a k9 image for a 3750 switch. However, take a look at this: https://supportforums.cisco.com/thread/2073133
I'm pretty convinced that this a Cisco's server problem instead of an user profile problem (cause I've downloaded k9 images before), but according to that answer, Cisco is not even recognising it. Hope I'm wrong...
