It appears that may be your flash memory got corrupted.

I had problems with one CF, so I bought a new one. Is it really the
problem?

The IOS file is corrupt.  In ROMmon, post the complete output to the command "dir".

Yes. You might be right about the IoS, but if can't download it from cisco or find online uncorrupted sofware image. What can I do?

Get another IOS version. Don't use "T" train. Use an "M" train.

The HASH is correct, the size is correct and its the M train. Any ideas?

Are there any HWIC &/or NM/NME cards? If there is, eject them and try again.
