Cannot access devices in same VLAN on same switch

Greetings,

I have a Cisco SG300-28 SMB switch (software version 1.4.0.88) and I have the strangest phenomenon happening: I have all the ports configured for the same VLAN, but I cannot connect to some of the devices connected to the switch. All the devices are assigned an IP address via DHCP, and I can add the devices to the domain, but I cannot ping them, even from the switch itself.

I know they're up and running because I checked personally, but I cannot connect to them. Out of 24 ports, only a few devices cannot be contacted, all the rest can ping and traceroute just fine. I'm at a loss as to why this is happening.

To review:

  • SG300-28 switch
  • Multiple devices connected to it
  • Most are connected and able to ping, traceroute, and accessible remotely
  • A few, while able to receive addresses from DHCP and be added to the domain, cannot be reached by any method
  • All ports are on same VLAN

Thanks in advance

Never mind, the switch is fine, Windows Firewall was the culprit here.
