Cannot access to Cisco IOS XE Denali 16.3 WebUI

Hi Team,

I've already upgraded my 3850 switch from 3.7 to Denali 16.3.

I can access to switch by console or ssh. But, I cannot access to webUI by account which I use to logon via console.

Try using the PASSWORD as both the username and the password.

I tried with your advise but cannot.

Btw, I don't see any account like that on "show running" from switch.

What is the exact IOS-XE version? "16.3" isn't really that helpful.

I've upgrade to 16.3.6.

Look like only logon to it in the first time. See below photo:Capture.PNG

I try to refresh page and logon again. It appears message "Wrong Credentials. Please Login again."

 

Raise a TAC Case.

Have you raised a TAC case ? i am also experiencing the same issue on 16.3.6
