Cannot create local users on my RV340 Router

When I tried to create a user on rv340 local database it replies successful but nothing happens...

This is very strange and embarrassing..

Any help is welcome.

Firmware version is 10.0.01.17 (latest at the time)

I have the same problem, after I enabled SSL VPN, I can't create users, I tried it on all 3 available firmware versions.  The ssl vpn doesnt work either, it prompts me for the username and password but keeps prompting me after I enter.  I guess this is something Cisco will resolve in future firmware updates?
