Cannot see flash on Cisco 3850 after power outage

Syst light flashing rapidly and cannot see flash:  Stuck in ROMMON mode.

The flash is fried.  

There is still time to RMA the switch under Cisco Enhanced Limited Lifetime Hardware Warranty.
