Cannot Telnet or Ping Switches

Scott1sh

Hello everyone

I have a few issues which hopefully i can get some help on

I am trying to ping/telnet onto each switch from the management laptop but i cannot do either

I can ping between the VLAN hosts and servers and switches can ping each other.

The subnet is 172.168.0.0/26 255.255.255.192

I've most likely missed or misconfigured something, i have the flu so brain is a bit fried.

Will post more info if requested

Thanks all

Dear Scott1sh,
I was check your configurations and in your switch configuration you have a command: switchport trunk native vlan 99, remove it and will works fine.

In your topology.jpg, the connection between swtch1 and r0, interface on R0 has interface in shutdown mode. (turn on interface, please.)

Dear Scott1sh,
Check it, please.

ON R0 Fa0/1: 172.168.2.65
Internet Port Wireless Router - 172.168.2.126 > change port from INTERNET PORT to LAN PORT.
and all will works fine.

Hi Jaderson Pessoa

Thank you very much i can now ping between the switches, router, servers and PC

However i am still unable to ping from the laptop which is on a different network or telnet remotely

The wireless router is to be configured to use DHCP server with 192.168.5.0/24 addressing

The Non-vlan network is to be 1st and last host of subnet 9 (172.168.2.64-172.168.2.127)

So i could be wrong but

Router 0 = Fa0/1 = 172.168.1.2.66

Internet Port Wireless Router - 172.168.2.126

I have attached the router configuration and the current topology

I know PT can be funny with sending ICMP packets through wireless routers.
