Hi All,

Can I use the Call Home feature so that if either of the devices were to "crash", the crashinfo files could be automatically uploaded to an external destination?

If not, could EEM perform the same task?

Sure, you can use Smart Call Home for this specific purpose. In addition, SCH may also be used to alert about diagnostic findings, Environmental changes and such. Take a look at the document titled Smart Call Home Feature Guide. It is detailed and exhaustive and helpful.
