For the life of me I was unable to get this thing to boot out of rommon mode - I just want to factory default it to a clean slate!
I tried holding mode button down upon reboot/resetting switch/emergency install via usb to cat3k_caa-universalk9.16.12.07.SPA.bin.
**FIXED - it was a bug - I performed emergency install with 03.07.05.E.152-3.E5.bin
Everything is working now but here were my symptoms below - it had to be a bug with the switch being stacked previously
