Here are the steps:
rommon 1 > dev
rommon 2> Set
rommon 3> confreg 0x2102
rommon 4> sync
rommon 5> reset
rommon 6 > dir slot0: >>> Beliving that you have image on the slot0 ((the device ID is slot0: and/or slot1:, corresponding to the PCMCIA cards inserted in the respective slots):
rommon 7> boot slot0:c7200-ik8s-mz.122-10b.bin >>> boot the respective image which you see under slot0/disk0
After this the device should boot with valid image and comes up without any issue.

Hi,
Check your boot variable. When the switch boot all the way, do "sh boot"
You may have to set your boot variable
config t
boot system bootflash.....
Also, can you post "sh ver" and sh run?

Hi
Could you show clearly the different steps of that confguration please ?

What do you mean by "clearly the different steps"?
just login to the switch and follow the commands I provided. If the switch is in production, you have to do this after hours, because rebooting will cause outage. Is this in production or lab?

Then no way. USB ports are not enabled for this module I bleieve.
You need to get the compact flash from one of the working device and boot it.
